Willowvale Police arrested a 54-year-old man for possession of an unlicensed firearm namely a shotgun with three (3) live rounds of ammunition. The suspect was arrested on Tuesday, 05 January 2021 at about 23:50 at Gwetyubeni Locality, Mfula Village, Willowvale.
The suspect was arrested following police intelligence that he was in possession of an unlicensed firearm. He has been charged with possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition. The suspect is due to appear before the Willowvale Magistrate’s Court this morning of Wednesday, 06 January 2021 on charges of possession of unlicensed firearm and ammunition.
