Construction of the R81 will take place on the following dates and times:
a) 10 February 2021 – Closure time – 07h30 until 16h30.
b) 11 February 2021 – Closure time – 07h30 until 16h30.
Kindly note that the road R81 will be closed from Polokwane’s side at Munnik from 07h30 until 16h30.
Kindly note that the road R81 will also be closed from Tzaneen’s side at Mooketsi Weighbridge from 07h30 until 16h30.
Only light motor vehicles and residents from Sekgopo will be allowed to pass on the route. No trucks and or heavy motor vehicles will be allowed.
Stop and Go control measures will be implemented in the mountain pass.
