Tongaat SAPS is appealing to the community for assistance in locating a missing Dhanesar Bhawanideen (73) from Chelmsford Crescent in Tongaat. He was last seen on 17 March 2021 at his place of residence. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and black tekkies.
