KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Transport, Community Safety and Liaison, Ms Neliswa Peggy Nkonyeni together with the provincial leadership of the South African National Taxi Council (SANTACO) embarked on a massive multi-disciplinary law enforcement operation and road safety campaign targeting public transport in the lead-up to the busy Easter long weekend at Mooi River Toll Plaza.
