Philippi-East Police are seeking the assistance of the public in locating the missing 4-year-old Luphiwo Mbandazayo from Bazindlovu Street, Island, Philippi-East who was last seen playing inside the yard 27 April 2021, at 17:40.
At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing blue-and-white pants and a black t-shirt.
