Child without taxi fare dumped on the roadside in Canelands

Five-year-old Isiphile Jamangile, was dumped in Canelands, Verulam after he informed the driver of a minibus taxi that he did not have his fare to pay for his trip home from school.

Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) are currently (Monday 15:09) attempting to locate the child’s family after residents of Station Park in Canelands found the boy crying on the side of the road.

The boy is unable to provide any information regarding the location of his residence, which school he attends, or his parents details. A book found in his bag confirms that he is a Grade R pupil.

Please share this post and if anyone has information regarding the child’s family contact Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) on 086 1234 333.
