Gau-Med Emergency Services together with Alpha Security & Alarms – Pty Ltd attended to a scene of a serious motor vehicle accident on the R25 (Modderfontein Rd).
Sixteen patients sustained injuries ranging from moderate to serious when two vehicles collided.
One patient was treated under Advanced life support care before being transported to a nearby hospital.
Local authorities were on scene to investigate the cause of the accident.
