Kimberley Flying Squad swiftly responded to information received from Crime Intelligence about housebreaking and theft whereby several houses were broken into in Rhodesdene Area in Kimberley.
Upon arrival at the scene, members found one suspect in possession of suspected stolen property cornered by community members.
The items recovered; laptops, speakers, jewellery and headsets were confiscated and the suspect was arrested.
The 23-year-old suspect is expected to appear before Kimberley Magistrates’ Court soon on charges of Housebreaking and theft.
