Public assistance is required to located 49 year old Shaida Banu Sheik (pictured).
Sheik left her residence in Northcroft, Phoenix on Wednesday (11/08/2021) to purchase items from a local tuck shop and has not returned since. She has a history of Schizophrenia. Sheik was last seen dressed in a green hoodie and black pants. She does not own a cellphone.
