Search for suspect in murder of a South African National Defence Force member

The Provincial Commissioner of the South African Police Service in Mpumalanga, Lieutenant General Semakaleng Manamela has strongly condemned an incident in which a 30-year-old woman, who worked as a member of the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) was brutally killed yesterday morning, 09 September 2021, at Tonga near Komatipoort.

According to the police report, a relative was informed by a neighbour that there was something suspicious at the place where the SANDF member was residing. Upon arrival he (relative) discovered her lifeless body lying outside in a pool of blood, with what looked like stab wounds.
