A man was shot twice in the abdomen during a hijacking in Buffelsdraai, KZN at approximately 23:32 last night (Sunday).
The victim was attending a house party when he decided to charge his cellphone in his friend’s red Kia Rio with registration NJ 34545 (pictured). Three men approached him and asked him to exit the vehicle. When he refused, one of the suspects produced a firearm and fired a warning shot. The man continued to resist when he was shot twice in the abdomen. The hijackers then sped off in the vehicle. The injured male was transported privately to hospital.
