Bellville Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit (FCS) request the assistance of the public in locating and or determining the identity of the baby and his parents or family.
On 02 October 2021, at about 07:00, a newborn baby boy, wrapped in a white and grey baby blanket and a green jacket was left and discovered at Karoo Street, Oakdale, Bellville. The child was found by residents and Bellville SAPS was contacted. A case of child abandonment was registered. The child is in good health.
