Four suspects aged between 16 and 36 were arrested by Elliotdale police in Elliotdale town’s main road, yesterday, 24 October 2021.
Police received a report from a man alleging to be pointed with a firearm and assaulted by the suspects. The assaulted man told the police he can identify the suspects. Police went to investigate and upon arrival, they saw a white van with three males and a woman. They asked for permission to search the vehicle and upon their search police found a 9mm pistol with no rounds and no magazine. The suspects were arrested and will appear in the Elliotdale Magistrate’s Court today, 25 October 2021.
