A brand new Renault Triber 1.0 Expression that was hijacked in KwaMashu, KZN was recovered in Mawothi, KZN by members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) & Tracker a short while ago (Saturday).
The tracking device was activated shortly after the incident and was emitting signals in the Mawothi area. Reaction Officers and Tracker Operational Members converged on the area and recovered the sought after vehicle abandoned behind a building at approximately 23:34.
The victim was not injured.
