It is led by the SAPS under the command of the Provincial Commissioner, Lieutenant General Elias Mawela with the support of various law enforcement agencies such as the Traffic Department, Metro Police Department, Immigration from Department of Home Affairs, Community Police Forum, Tracker, and Fidelity.

Parallel to the operation, the Social Crime Prevention and Corporate Communication and Liaison Units together with Community in Blue, also take to the streets to educate the communities about Gender-Based Violence & Femicide and also encourage them to report any GBVF related crimes.

This weekend the operation saw more than 800 suspects being arrested throughout the province for different crimes including rape, sexual offenses, murder, possession of unlicensed firearms, possession of the suspected stolen property, illegal trading in liquor, dealing in drugs, and driving under the influence of liquor.
