ALS Paramedics Medical Services are currently on the scene of a serious single-vehicle collision on the M4 Southbound after Edwin Swales Drive on the Bluff.
Three people have sustained moderate injuries and are been stabilized on the scene by paramedics before being transported to a nearby Durban hospital for the further treatment that they require.
