N1 Tobias a motorist traveling at almost twice the legal speed limit was apprehended by the Limpopo Traffic Officials stationed along the N1 near Mookgophong and Mokopane.
The 43-year-old man was driving a grey BMW and was clocked at 198 km/h.
Provincial Inspector Ladwana M.L made the successful arrest.
“We do not condone excessive speeding because most of the crashes on road are attributed to excessive speeding. We urge motorists to adhere to the rules of the road and live beyond December”- Matome Taueatsoala (Department Spokesperson).
