ALS Paramedics Medical Services were called to a house in Yellowwood Park for a lady in labor just before 1 pm on Sunday afternoon.
On arrival at the house, they found a mother in full-term labor and about to deliver her baby. The medics quickly prepared their equipment and assisted the mother to deliver a healthy baby boy.
Both mother and baby are on their way to a local Durban hospital for further management and care.
