This evening, six people were injured, including three local enforcement officers, when two bakkies collided at the Bait and Saveride intersection in Johannesburg CBD.
ER24 arrived at 21h50 to find one bakkie on the road while the other was parked on the pavement. Several people were found walking around on the scene.
Medics assessed the patients and found that six adults had sustained minor to moderate injuries. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were found.
The patients were treated and transported to nearby hospitals for further care.
