A thirty year old male has been left fighting for his life after being shot in the Morningside area of Durban on Saturday night.
Emer-G-Med paramedics were called to assist dRK Tactical Security on the scene in Percey Osborne Road just before 10PM.
Reports from the scene are that the man sustained a single gunshot wound to the head and was found in a critical condition. He was treated and stabilized on scene before being taken to a nearby hospital under the care of an Emergency Care Practitioner.
The circumstances surrounding the incident and the events preceeding it are unclear and will form the subject of a South African Police Services investigation.
