At approx 14:37 (Monday) the RUSA Operations Center was informed by a transporter & a group of primary school children that they had witnessed a failed kidnapping attempt on Rosemary Drive – Brindhaven.
According to the informer, he stopped his vehicle to drop off a child. An unknown male then rushed towards his vehicle. The driver then took off and the man ran back to a white E- Class Mercedes Benz & fled. The driver believed that it was an attempt to snatch a child.
