Police in Butterworth arrested a 37-year-old man at Skiet Informal Settlement, Butterworth yesterday, 28 March 2022 at about 15:00 for possession of drugs.
Police were busy with their crime prevention duties doing stop and search and drug post raiding in their policing precinct. Police intelligence led them to a shack that was alleged to be selling drugs. They proceeded to the shack and found the 37-year-old man in possession of 252 Boss Tablets and 10 Tik straws. He was arrested.
The suspect will appear at the Butterworth Magistrate’s Court today, 29 March 2022.
