Police release identikit of robbery suspects

SAPS Kenton-on-Sea detectives are seeking the community’s assistance in tracing robbery suspects that entered a house in Kenton-on-Sea in August 2020 and robbed the owners.

It is alleged that on Sunday, 9 August 2020 at about 01:15, the complainant, aged 40, was awoken by her two children entering her bedroom crying. They were followed by three unknown males wearing masks and armed with knives. They demanded cash and liquor. The complainant gave them cash however they demanded more alcohol.

One suspect remained with her ill husband and children while she went with the other suspects to get more alcohol. Two more suspects appeared to assist their accomplices. The woman was taken back to her family where they tied her up as well as her teenage son. Cellphones and 3 laptops were taken during the house robbery.

A facial composition (identikit) was compiled on two suspects.
