Police in Durban Central is appealing to the community for assistance in locating the missing Sphamandla Raphael Mthembu (34) from Pitoli area in KwaNdengezi. He was last seen on 30 March 2022 at Blue Lagoon in Durban. He was last seen wearing pink t-shirt and blue jeans.
