The Economic Infrastructure Task Team continues to achieve success.
On 20 June 2022, an operation was conducted at Isipingo by members of the SAPS together with Telkom, MTN, Transnet, and Prasa.
A man (26) was arrested for the theft of 399kg lead, 190kg copper, and 32kg burnt copper.
These metals were recovered on his premises.
The man was taken into custody for further investigations.
