A Toyota Hilux bakkie and a shipping container loaded with dog food were destroyed after an alleged petrol bomb attack on a property in New Glasgow – KZN.
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) were called out to the property. On arrival, the bakkie and shipping container was engulfed in flames. The owner informed Reaction Officers that the property was utilised to train dogs. He heard voices in the yard before the fire started.
He believes that the attack was committed by a disgruntled employee who was recently dismissed, however, this could not be confirmed.
