Five suspects are being sought for a robbery at a butchery on Railway Street in Tongaat CBD – KZN a short while ago (Saturday).
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) arrived on scene at approximately 09:46. It was established that the owner, staff and customers were held up by the robbers. They stole handbags, cellphones and cash before they fled on foot. A female fainted during the incident and was being treated by a private ambulance service.
No injuries were reported.
