Hijacked vehicle found torched in Bloemfontein

Fidelity Services Group Bloemfontein team this weekend helped with an operation to retrieve a hijacked vehicle.

The road senior was on his way to refuel his vehicle when he was flagged down by a man who said he had been hijacked.
The man was injured and our senior stopped to assist him and called for medical assistance.

A lookout was issued for the hijacked vehicle which was found in less than an hour under a nearby bridge.

Unfortunately, the vehicle was abandoned and torched beyond repair.

Thankfully the victim did not sustain serious injuries and was treated at a local hospital.
