Husband and wife shot multiple times in Wentworth this morning

Just after 7 am this morning, ALS paramedics met police and the patients at the Wentworth SAPS.

They found that a husband and wife, believed to be in their late 30s and early 40s, had sustained multiple gunshot wounds a short distance away from the police station and then drove themselves through to the police station for assistance.

Both husband and wife sustained multiple gunshot wounds to their body and had to be stabilized by Advanced Life
Support Paramedics before being rushed to nearby hospitals for further care.

The events leading up to the shooting are unknown at this stage and SAPS will be investigating further.
