A group of friends who were having drinks together were hijacked in Osindisweni – KZN last night (Friday).
Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) received a call for assistance at approximately 23:13 after six (6) armed suspects robbed them of their alcohol and cellphones before they sped off in a white
Renault Triber belongs to one of the victims. Reaction Officers were dispatched to the location and on arrival it was established that the hijackers crashed the vehicle a short distance away after they turned into a cul de sac. They abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot in an unknown direction.
The victims were not injured.
