Midlands EMS Howick Advanced life support ambulance was dispatched to Bell Street in Howick CBD for a Pedestrian that had been knocked by a vehicle.
Upon arrival, it was found that the Pedestrian was in a serious condition and required Advanced life support treatment.
Once stabilised patient was transported to a nearby hospital for further care.
The exact cause of the accident is under investigation by local authorities.
