The MEC for Transport, Community and Safety, and Liaison Sipho Hlomuka today, 16 August 2022, held an introductory meeting with the senior management of the Department where he was briefed on all key activities and programs.
MEC Hlomuka said he was humbled to join the Department of Transport and looked forward to accelerating infrastructure projects as part of the economic recovery plan of the province.
“I am joining you today as a team leader, who is willing to learn and contribute to changing people’s lives through you. You will be very central in my stay here in this department and you will be central in championing all the targets we set for ourselves.
