Robbery suspect apprehended by Fidelity ADT in Ladysmith

Great display of teamwork by both our customer and Fidelity ADT for apprehending a suspect in Ladysmith.

Our Ladysmith Branch Manager noticed the incident where a suspect was being chased down by our customer.

Our response officer was called for backup and immediately responded, assisting with the incident.

The suspect robbed a member of the public by knifepoint.
