Two suspects arrested during the early hours of the morning. We received a report from residents about suspicious males that were seen hanging around a liquor outlet in the Newton Park area. Our team immediately made their way to the premises to investigate.
On arrival, the officers noticed three suspects in the process of stealing alcohol from the inside of the premises. They jumped into action and apprehended two of the suspects while the third managed to get away. The customer and SAPS were contacted and arrived on site. Well done to our officers for their quick response in stopping these criminals in their tracks.
