On Thursday evening, a man was declared dead after a fatal drowning at a lodge in Chartwell North.
At 20h00, ER24 and Life Healthcare arrived on the scene and were immediately led to a swimming pool. Bystanders were performing CPR on a man believed to be in his 20s.
Medics immediately took over CPR and initiated advanced life support interventions.
