Public assistance is required to locate 21-year-old Noleen Naidoo.
Naidoo is a resident of Canelands – KZN. She is a heroin addict.
On Sunday (30/10/2022), she left her residence and cannot be located since.
According to her mother, she has a history of begging at the Palmview – KZN intersection. She does not own a cellphone. Naidoo was dressed in a grey top, pink tights, and black takkies.
