Public assistance is required to locate 19-year-old Lizzel Govender.
The teenager is employed at a call center in Umhlanga – KZN. Yesterday at approximately 12:00, she left her place of employment to meet with a male believed to be her boyfriend who cannot be located since.
Her cellphone is switched off. The Sastri Park – KZN resident was dressed in a blue top and a black jacket.
