Earlier this morning, at around 9am, Mi7 National Group’s Armed Response was immediately dispatched to a client in the Copesville area who reported one suspect attempting to break into their house.
The client provided a detailed description of the suspect and alleged that the same man had stolen items from the premises previously. The client had opened cases with the police after the previous incidents.
After searching the area, Mi7 Reaction Officers spotted a suspect matching the description entering a nearby informal settlement. A chase ensued and the suspect was apprehended.
The client positively identified the suspect and the matter was handed over to the police for further investigation.
