The Modimolle police are pleading with members of the community to assist in reuniting a 59-year-old male, Manganye Stephens Ngobeni with his family.
The victim is a resident at Phagameng village and was reportedly last seen by his brother, William during September 2019 after he departed to Pretoria, Gauteng province for work. The brother alleges that they were always communicating telephonically and he did not have a permanent residence.
On 02 February 2023, the victim’s brother tried to contact him but his cellphone was on voicemail and has since disappeared.
Attempts to locate the victim at friends and surrounding areas were not successful.
