Training is an essential part of empowering both the team and clients, refining their ability to provide better client service and it will play an important role in the continued growth at MasterDrive during 2023.
As a training provider, MasterDrive understands the difference training can make to all connected with an organisation. The CEO of MasterDrive, Eugene Herbert, explains: “A strong sales force is of vital importance in creating a strong organisation that does not just sell a service but delivers a solution.
“The last few years brought about major changes to almost every aspect of life. Business is not excluded from this and is likely one of the spheres that saw the most change. Operating in this completely new and dynamic environment requires employees that have evolved just as much and MasterDrive is committed to developing a team that can not only exist in this environment but thrive along with their clients.”
In the same way that a dynamic team is necessary in a post-lockdown world, so is the ability to provide dynamic solutions. “The sales training included comprehensive case studies that presented various scenarios that taught the team to be prepared for whatever this new, ever-changing environment presents and be ready to provide solutions that have a win-win outcome.
“It was not an easy session but operating in the current environment is not easy. The team was tested and by completion of the two-day course they experienced both growth in their operational abilities and personally as well. A well-rounded and holistically equipped team is as important to MasterDrive as what providing complete solutions to the fleets of our clients is.”
MasterDrive anticipates a successful year of growth. “Irrespective of the challenges that this year may toss at us, we are not only prepared to meet them but be a step ahead as well,” says Herbert.
