Durban Metro Police Service arrested 4 foreign nationals at Durban Central (Russell Street) for being in a possession of a stolen vehicle.
The VIN of the vehicle was removed; the license Disc and Number plates were changed however the engine Number was the original number.
All suspects were processed at Durban Central South African Police Service station.
