1. What is your definition of a Dream Team?

2. How do you ensure that your team works collectively to achieve the common goals of your organisation?
It is important that every member of the team understands the strategy, and how everyone contribute operationally to achieve it. It is important to communicate clearly on the expectations and be honest , transparent and fair in all interactions with your team. 3. How do you motivate your team, especially during tough times?
Recognition is very important. Private, public and even for small stuff, because with recognition, everything is big! The whole team must know what we want to achieve and their role in this.
The team needs to see that you are there for them, you walk the difficult patches with them, you face the challenges head on and do not back down.
