1. What is your definition of a Dream Team?
A Dream Team are people that have a common vision, goal, and determination to get across the line no matter the sacrifices. In a Dream Team, the T for Team always comes before the I am standing for individual. (Piet Wolmarans, Managing Director)

2. How do you ensure that your team works collectively to achieve the common goals of your organisation?
It is important that every member of the team understands the strategy, and how everyone contribute operationally to achieve it. It is important to communicate clearly on the expectations and be honest , transparent and fair in all interactions with your team. Provide regular feedback on progress and assist the team, thus being in the team not above the team. (Piet Wolmarans, Managing Director)

3. How do you motivate your team, especially during tough times?
Recognition is very important. Private, public and even for small stuff, because with recognition, everything is big! The whole team must know what we want to achieve and their role in this.
The team needs to see that you are there for them, you walk the difficult patches with them, you face the challenges head on and do not back down. The Teamwork value of iMas Insurance Brokers is important here. The strength of the team will be tested, but the strong bond in the team, the trust and the camaraderie between team members will strengthen the team and motivate each member of the team.
