A wood & iron home on Valley View Drive in Redcliffe – KZN was destroyed in a fire this morning (Wednesday).
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) were called out to at approximately 03:38. On arrival, Reaction Officers discovered the house engulfed in flames. According to neighbours, the owner of the home was at his place of employment. An illegal electricity connection was suspected to be the cause of the fire however this could not be immediately confirmed.
No injuries were reported.
