The George Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit (FCS) is urgently seeking information regarding the whereabouts of a 15-year-old girl, Lilitha Makisi, who has been reported as missing by her mother at Knysna.
Investigation into her disappearance reveals that she left her residence at Knysna on Friday, 31 March 2023, and never returned. The teenager left a social media message indicating that she is in Thembalethu, George. However, a search in the area has been unsuccessful to date.
The investigation officer, Warrant Officer Martin Borg, attached to the FCS unit is requesting the public to come forward with any information which could assist with her safe.
