Crime Prevention members arrested two suspects, aged 25 and 29, for possession of drugs and bribery.
On Tuesday, 19 April 2023 at about 19:10, members followed intelligence-led information regarding suspects allegedly selling drugs in Constantia Park. Upon arrival at the identified house, the members searched and seized about 90 bags suspected to be crystal meth and about 70 bags containing dagga. Upon questioning, the two suspects tried to bribe the police officials.
The duo has been arrested and is expected to appear before Kroonstad Magistrates Court tomorrow, 21 April 2023, facing charges of possession of a substance suspected to be drugs, possession of dagga, and bribery.
