The Polokwane-based Hawks’ Serious Organised Crime Investigation, is requesting public assistance to locate and re-arrest a wanted suspect in the attached photo.
The suspect, Ernest Brandon (48), was initially arrested in January 2021 with five other suspects for alleged #IllegalMining at Phashaskraal village outside Burgersfort.
They were all released on bail and given their next court date. On the next court date, Brandon never pitched up, as a result, a warrant of arrest was issued against him.
The Hawks are pleading with anyone who knows his whereabouts to contact the investigating officer, Colonel De Lange on 071 481 2527.
