Roadblock on the N12 in Stilfontein near Klerksdorp

To show the North West readiness and make sure that the citizens and road users are and feel safe during the Easter weekend, the Provincial Office of Community Safety and Transport Management and Dr Kenneth Kaunda District Officeworking together with other stakeholders are conducting a roadblock on the N12 in Stilfontein near Klerksdorp.

As part of creating awareness, crime prevention safety tips and other relevant informative material were distributed.

This Easter Roadblock is led by the District Commissioner of Dr Kenneth Kaunda District, Major General Pretorious. Vehicles which are coming in from Kimberly and leaving the province going to Northern Cape and Western Cape are being searched.
