Family of a lost child sought in Waterloo

Reaction Officers are currently, standing off on Grape Road in Waterloo – KZN with a minor child who is lost.

The boy was discovered by residents walking aimlessly in the area. He is unable to provide any details regarding his family or the location of his residence. The child appears to be suffering from a cognitive disorder.

He is dressed in a white t-shirt with silver, grey, and red rectangles, purple shorts, and black shoes.
