The police request the community to help trace 60-year-old Mafa Jan Stefen who went missing on Friday, 03 March 2023 at about 10:30 in town.
According to his daughter, Mamokete Letuka, she was in town with her father at one of the shops, waiting for the chips she ordered. She alleges that her father came to her and told her that he was going to buy a newspaper.
She replied by saying that he should wait for her, but he did not wait and left. After receiving the chips, she went outside the shop and waited for him.
After a while, she looked for him around town and at the taxi rank, but all in vain. She decided to go home, and her father was not home.
At the time of his disappearance, Mr Stefen was wearing a black cap, a blue jersey with navy blue stripes, black trousers,s and black boots. He is dark in complexion, has a medium build, and has a grey and black beard.
