The Police in Thohoyandou seek public assistance in locating a 26-year-old missing man named Khuliso Mamugudubi, from Shayandima village in the Vhembe District.
According to the information received, Khuliso was last seen on Tuesday, 25 April 2023 at about 17:30, while at his home.
